About Me

I offer stop smoking services face to face from my office in Chigwell, Essex.
 Stop Smoking Sessions are also available via Zoom where it isn’t possible for you to travel to me.

FEES & PAYMENT

In order to make everything easy there is a one-off fee of £225. This includes the Stop Smoking Session, Audio Recordings, and any materials given to you to take home (printed sheets with tips and articles for example).

Sessions can be paid for by cash, cheque, Paypal, iZettle, or Bank Transfer. 
A deposit in part or in full secures your appointment. I ask for payment in part or in full because this helps avoid second thoughts as the date you become a Natural Non Smoker approaches.

Smoking Cessation Training

There are currently 6.6 million smokers in the UK and about 3.2 million vapers in the UK. Worldwide there are approximately 1billion Smokers. During the covid-19 pandemic many Britons started smoking for the very time.  National campaigns to stop smoking are almost constant which means there are huge number of people who wish to stop smoking.   But are there enough Stop Smoking Therapists?
